Employee Benefits administers employee benefits, injury leave, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation and COBRA programs for 8,000 City employees.  The section provides employee benefits and occupational injury training for each bargaining group, produces employee benefits booklets for all city employees and manages the City's occupational injury programs.
